SHIPPING
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but it make take up to 5 days before your standardized or personalized order is ready to ship. For customized orders, we will send you a proof and require approval of that proof before starting production on your order. Once the proof is approved, it may take up to 5 days before your order is ready to be shipped. Bulk orders may require additional processing time. In these cases, we will be in contact with you with an estimated shipping date.
Once processed, all orders are shipped via USPS with an anticipated delivery date of 2-5 business days within the continental US and 2-8 business days in Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping. Express shipping may be requested for an additional $30.
The Hagers Make is not responsible for delays in shipping due to carrier issues. Please contact USPS directly if you have shipping or tracking concerns.
Please ensure that you enter your correct shipping address. If a product is returned to The Hagers Make due to inability to deliver, the customer will be assessed the amount of return postage due, plus the cost to resend the item.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at thehagersmake@gmail.com and include a photo of the damaged item.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Hagers Make accepts all major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay. Other payment options are available for select businesses. Please contact thehagersmake@gmail.com for vendor terms and additional information on business purchase .
CANCELATIONS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES
Please contact thehagersmake@gmail.com if you wish to cancel an order. We work quickly to complete your order and unfortunately cannot accept cancelations on personalized orders once production has begun. For custom orders, we cannot accept cancelations after you have approved the proof.
We accept returns and exchanges on stock items, if undamaged/unused, within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and will be assessed a $10 restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized or customized orders.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
The Hagers Make reserves the right to refuse to engrave any personalized or customized elements that we find unacceptable. Please note that we cannot reproduce trademarked or copywritten elements without documentation of permission to use.
